Nigeria – Viju Industries – Lekki Ogombo Reclamation and Urban Development

The proposed Ogombe Reclamation and urban development project is within 70 hectares of land located off the Lekki Epe Expressway in Lekki, approximately 2km inland from the Atlantic Ocean, with the nearest village being Ogombe, Eti-Osa Local Government Association, Lagos. The area is currently accessed via Ogombo Road, in time the site will be close to the proposed Coastal Highway which will link Victoria Island with Epe, Lagos. The land reclamation is the initial phase, CDR has been engaged to develop the road infrastructure design from concept stage through to detailed design. CDR will undertake the primary, secondary, tertiary road layout, junction, traffic signalisation, utility services, drainage, stormwater, sewage networks, power and waste water treatment plants.
