Nigeria – Outpost Investments – Design Lagos Ilashe Beach Resort Access Causeway

Outpost Investments has asked CDR for the design of proposed construction of the access causeway and slipway at the Ilashe Beach Resort, along the Badagry Creek. The access causeway is to be located in the north western corner of the development and will provide long term access for construction and service access to the site, as well as allow for a temporary jetty structure to be provided by others.
The objective is to provide the most cost effective and expedient solution to achieve access to the Ilashe Beach Resort Development for client. The access options will become permanent solution with an expected minimum design lifetime of 60 years.
